In 1991, I obtained my real estate license and officially began my career in real estate located in the north Los Angeles region teaming up with my mom and my twin brother.  It was at that time I gained my REO residential sales experience with such clients as Great Western Bank, Countrywide Home Loans and several others. 

I had the opportunity to join forces at Countrywide in the REO asset management department and focus on liquidating REO assets on a national basis in 1997.  Eventually my career lead me to IndyMac Bank where I acquired my California broker license and had the opportunity to manage a staff with the prime focus in obtaining the highest net recovery, being timeline driven and pushing for additional loan volume through the REO listing channel. 

It is my love for loss mitigation and REO education that lead me to my further involvement with REOMAC (non-profit organization).  I joined the organization in 1997 and have had the opportunity to be on the board of directors as Finance Chair, Technology Chair as well as being involved on various committees. 

Bottom-line, I understand my clients and what is ultimately required from the agent.  You can count on me whether I'm handling cash-4-keys, proper valuation of property, repair management, marketing a listing or negotiating a sale!
